Larkspur Homes’ mission is to make homeownership attainable to working individuals and families by providing compact, comfortable, and energy-efficient single-family homes. Uniquely, Larkspur Homes is committed to designing and building homes that reflect and enhance the historic, rural charm that attracts so many to the Wet Mountain Valley.

Our vision is to foster responsible growth and strengthen the Wet Mountain Valley community with affordable, attainable housing for middle-income individuals and families. This demographic earns too much to qualify for traditional affordable housing programs but cannot afford market-rate housing. Unlike traditional affordable housing, workforce housing is not dependent on government subsidies, making it a more flexible option for builders and investors looking to make money while doing good in the community.
